Like many of us, I grew up adding spoonfuls of sugar to my tea without giving it much thought. Over time, I started noticing how it made me feel—an instant boost, followed by tiredness, pimples, and even some face fat. When I decided to live more mindfully and take care of my health, I searched for natural alternatives.
